Iffley Road make running clothing that is both technical and stylish, and needed a website to match. Critically they produce as sustainably as possible, sourcing and manufacturing in small batches in Europe and the UK. All their clothes are built to last – an antidote to “fast fashion” and kit that is thrown out after less than a year’s wear.
The design of the new site made sure all of Iffley Roads credentials were met — with a particular focus on improving UX on mobile. Taking a mobile first approach, we transformed the design of the site, improving navigation, search and ease of shopping. Maintaining the elegance of the brand but not losing the focus on the clothes technical performance was key. Classic typography and a minimal colour palette enhanced the classic quality of the photography.
Iffley Road's ethos is that sport is a critical part of a balanced lifestyle and this is reflected in the practical and versatile nature of our kit.
